Keep the Body Moving is a wellness workshop I offer companies in the New York City area. This workshop is an interactive presentation designed to educate participants in the value of moving throughout the workday for mental and physical well-being with the option to add on a yoga class.

Additionally, I teach weekly corporate yoga classes where I aim to provide participants an hour's worth of mental and physical relief from work stress and prolonged periods of sitting.
