Continuing the collaborative blissful series! This month, join me and my dear friend and teacher, Sarah Chiartas, for a 90 minute collaborative experience designed to guide you into deep awareness and rest. Winter is the season of hibernation, turning inward, healing and restoring. Alia will lead one hour of a gentle yoga flow to move some energy, working through the areas of the body that respond most to the cold weather (such as feet, shoulders, and back). Sarah will follow with 30 minutes of guided Yoga Nidra—deep yogic sleep, considered to be one of the ultimate forms of relaxing meditation.
