I’m so excited to offer this New Year's promotion to get you on the right track for 2019! Here’s how it works.  If you book a 5 session package with me before the end of February, you’ll get a 6th session for free!

Chaturanga Workshop

Have you been told Chaturanga is all about arm strength? Do you take child’s pose every time the teacher says “Take a Vinyasa”? Do you think the more Chaturangas you do in a class the stronger you’ll be? Have you been told that Chaturanga is bad for your shoulders and wrists? Do you still do “knees, chest, chin” and wonder why you still can’t do the full pose?  Do you think that “Use your core” means suck in your belly??

This workshop will dispel all the myths you might have heard about this pose, teach you how to move through the pose well, adjust the pose for your specific body, AND give you options if you’re injured or want to get stronger.  The best part is, what you’ll learn in this workshop is based in the science of healthy movement—you can take these principles and begin to apply them elsewhere!

Great for beginners AND experienced practitioners.  

This two hour workshop includes a warm up, discussion, lots of props, partner work, and relaxing restorative pose to wind down.
