An advanced practice isn’t always about inverting, back bending, and arm balancing. A truly advanced practice means understanding your body enough to tailor your practice to YOU. We have different body types, different injuries, and different emotional needs. Vinyasa classes can be fast paced and more often than not, the modifications you need aren’t suggested. This workshop is designed to give you the tools to adjust the poses to fit your needs rather than adjusting your needs to fit the poses, all while keeping the rhythm of a flow class. We’ll be working with props, demonstrating a variety of poses, and creating space for Q&A and discussion. Open for practitioners of all levels.
