Chaturanga requires a lot of strength, coordination, and patience--and most times in that fast flow class, we don't have time to break all of this down! Not only that, but depending on things like your arm length or your shoulder structure, your version may need to look quite a bit different than the one-size-fits-all cues that get passed around.
For this workshop we'll have 90 Minutes to dive deep into this complicated yet under-taught pose. Learn ways to gain strength in the pose, variations of the pose, and unique alignment cues for YOUR body in the pose. Great for beginners AND experienced practitioners.
