Monthly Yin and Restore 11.9.18

In this 75 minute class we begin with a simple guided breath practice and then moves into gentle movement.  We'll work our way into some passive static holds to invite a meditative and mind observing awareness to our present state. We'll end with a few long held restorative postures to fully relax and let go. Savasana will be accompanied by a guided meditation to end the practice.
